To explain the confusion Joey Frederica was joking about launching the legion attack 10 years ago. She is the last empress of the fallen giadian empire same empire that Shin was from and just like Shin she also inherits the imperial blood that gives her powers to see the present and the past of those who also inherits the imperial blood(Her ghost and Shin) similar powers like how shin can hear the ghosts of the legions

In the back ground when panel to Anju you see 2 other people in the background. One w the same hair color and Anju and the other a blonde hair color. It symbolizes Anju and Daiya(Black Dog) what they could have been, that they could've been a couple in the federacy but bc Daiya has died in the field she's still affected by his death.
