Shibuya-shi-shi-Shibuya roll call tonight Joe?

Lijnaito2021 !

Hey, Joey, you were wondering about 2 things in the beginning. I think I may actually know the answers to them. No spoilers or anything, I would just be going off what we learned/were told in S1. So, about Mahito’s strength and the death paintings. He didn’t get any power from that. Geto used the exchange event (I think this was when it happened) to break into a secret area of juju school and stole the death paintings and however many of Sukana’s fingers they had. The death painting are cures spirits/wombs, and they happen to be 3 brothers. The ones we see in the last 3eps. The two curses Nobara and Yuji fight at the end are them and we see the other with Geto and Mahito and we’re made aware that he felt it when they died. As for Mahito and how strong he is now, this one is more of what I think. In the ep. when he fights just against Nanami and then later with Yuji, he’s still learning about himself and his power/curse energy and how he can manipulate his soul and others. I’m fairly sure Geto mentions that’s he’s a relatively newly born curse and then in the movie theater (with junpei) we know he’s testing his cursed manipulation. And in that fight with Nanami and yuji he makes a rough version, cause it’s the first time, of his domain. So I think his level of power/strength now is just him having grown and understanding his power better and how he can manipulate his soul. Um, yeah, I hope that helps. A lot of the cursed technique explanations go over my head, so you know, maybe I don’t know nothing. 😅 Thanks for another great reaction!

Pretty sure that's a transfigured dead body of Mechamaru on top of the robot mechamaru because right before we went to the miwa scene mahito touched mechamaru and we all know what happens if you get touched by him. So I would go back and look at that scene because that looked like a transfigured pile of mess on top of the robot which would indicate that he died

The Mechamaru fight directly references scenes from both Evangelion, and Gurren Lagann. Both are dope mech shows if you haven't watched them yet.

Edrei Z.

and so it begins ... I'm so excited to see your reaction to everything that's coming up
