As for the whole decoy thing, I learned volleyball through Haikyu and my understanding is decoy isn't something you designate formally like a setter, wing spiker, libero type deal. It's to refer to a certain person if you're going to use this strategy (of distracting the other team). Hinata and Kageyama do a lot of quick attacks and also people underestimate him because he's short. So he's perfect for pulling the other sides' attention to him which frees up Hinata's team to attack somewhere else on the court. Let me know if that makes sense. Loving the reactions.
