Iida for instance, his dialogue is very blocky letters, showing his strict and perfectionist nature. In the previous “seasons” in the manga, Shiggy’s dialogue boxes have been scratchy and wavy, which Studio Bones adapted to have a raspiness. During this fight in the manga though, Shiggy’s dialogue gets clearer, so Bones interpreted that as a more confident demeanour. So yes, it is the same VA (Eric Vale), just giving him a more confident tone from now on.

The story is a little less tight-knit than the first 2 movies, and although the ending animation fight is good, the middle fight scene when they rejoin seems clunkier. I wanna see him go to season 6 then go to the movie after. But I’ll still watch whatever he puts up :)

Just to clarify what the doctor was saying about Shigiraki having his original quirk power back, after it awakened and he killed his family, he was suppressing his full power. It was originally capable of spreading from the ground to other objects or people, or from people to people, but he was suppressing it and when he got his memories back fully he was able to use its full capabilities again.
