2022-11-26 09:29:46 +0000 UTCEri didnt buff deku , deku usually uses one for all at around 5-20% at most , because his body gets destroyed otherwise , but since Eri Heals him , deku went from 20% to freaking 100% !!! this episode , this was sooo sick one of my favorite moments ever , wiped the floor with chisaki damnn also Eri cant fly , or change fate , or boost powers , her only power is to rewind stuff back to a prior state

2022-11-26 09:29:34 +0000 UTCInteresting how when deku was landing his last blows, the theme for All for One was playing instead of One for All. I think it shows how in that moment Chisaki is seeing Deku as a monster (in the sense of being so terrifyingly powerful)

2022-11-26 07:58:24 +0000 UTCI remember I started watching this show on season 4. A friend of mine got me into it, and I ended up binging the whole thing super fast. I literally caught up with the anime when THIS episode came out, and it still remains one of my favorites to this day! BTW, Deku is only "cheating" in the sense that Eri is rewinding his injuries while he fights, but she's not acting like a drug to boost his power. This IS his power. Technically, Deku is already stronger than All Might, because the quirk gets stronger with each new holder, but he simply can't use it at 100% on his own yet without injuring himself. Basically, this was a "first taste" of what Deku could potentially look like when he finally masters OFA at its fullest.

2022-11-26 04:35:07 +0000 UTCHahaha underestimating how strong froppys tongue is? You forget that Uravity makes things weigh nothing although her tongue is very strong still. Deku is just using his power at 100%(all might level) and as his body gets destroyed Eris power is rewinding it, she is not boosting his power at all. The colorful fist scene was just symbolism for how strong Dekus punches were. Overhaul was adopted by the gang boss he is not actually related to him but Eri is the boss's biological granddaughter. This is another episode where the dub took some liberties with the translations and in my opinion, is not as impactful as the sub.
