2025-11-14 08:52:23 +0000 UTCJust came back for one more comment. In S1E4 at 24 minutes, Lestat is groaning at Louis: "Claudia, Claudia, Claudia." In S2E5 at around the same time, Armand is hollering: "Lestat, Lestat, Lestat, Lestat ..." The symmetry is quite beautiful.

2025-11-06 20:17:53 +0000 UTCFor me when I watched this episode, the reveal that Armund was mind fking Louis was a big deal. It made me call into question all their previous interactions. Even when he was in the room in San Franciso before Louis burned himself Louis states “it is coming back to me now” so even back then potentially Armund has been “editing” Louis mind since Paris. Imagine continuing to live not realizing you have lost memories at the hand of someone else. Manipulative Gremlin does not cut it out for Armund, I think he has controlling behavior like he acts subservient while steering you behind your back so you think you are in control.

Loumand argument scene of all time, fr. They saw each other going low and went straight to hell on that one. And Young Daniel, what an incredible performance! Both he and Louis completely broke my heart in this episode. The fact that this was the first thing filmed in Season 2 blows my mind. You two made a great point: I am very curious as to why this was hidden from Louis, especially since it seemst to end with Louis reaffirming their companionship. That seems like a good thing for Armand, right? I don't know... Lol yall calling Armand the Devil... you have no idea. 🤣
