In either case, for various reasons (that I don't quite fully grasp) I opted to keep this one simple, even though an environment would most definitely help sell off her size. Been loving everything so far, and I'm enormously excited for what comes next with the follow up to this, and the exciting night she had with her husband. The blurriness isn't too bad as an effect to imply motion/expansion. it might not look like it isolated, but in the context of your description and/or a story it works. Also, helps the dream-like feeling of the image too.
