(A lot of the description here is just about the initial premise, nothing you folks haven't seen before here)

It's finally starting! Ivana's comeback, like I teased before (also the image at full res). As you can see, I'm trying out something new by making it an Instagram-like post. That's not just for show however, as it'll play a role during her pregnancy progression. This also gives me more of a context to approach all of the scenes. I didn't include alternative angles in this one, but I will include them in the upload for those that do have it.

And to give a bit of a background (as there's not really room for it in the image), her fame once began as a stranger stumbling upon that photograph and uploading it to forums/imageboards. Who was this stacked and gorgeous gal? It was spread around the internet, and she eventually caught wind of it and in the spur of the moment, decided to try out the social media angle and it quite exploded! And thus began her Instagram account... or this world's equivalent of it, I'm not sure how to handle that just yet...
