She'll probably at least get 4 levels from this fight in her subspecies, she is currently lvl 174 and can see 60 levels above her so she only needs 4 more levels to reach lvl 178 so that Sally can see the centinel matriarchs level of 238

2025-04-18 20:19:14 +0000 UTCI'm actually torn on that. On the one hand, he feels like an ally who worked hard and deserves a good ending. On the other hand his death reinforces the stakes of the story and increases tension. In some ways, though, this is Naro's happy ending. He got to fulfill his goal by helping kill Chordus and death saves him from dealing with whatever he may or may not have done with his subordinates. And it saves him from having to see the death and hardships coming in the rest of the war.

2025-04-18 19:08:57 +0000 UTCJust looked through Salvos' stats again and noticed something: [Intimidation] is her only skill capping out at lv10, [Divine Radiant Slash] the only other one with a cap below lv20... Those two are really due for an upgrade

I personally am even hoping for another chapter today or tomorrow, since the barrage of notifications is already a chunk of lines and capturing all the reactions might flow from the context more than a tense, twist filled fight. I Well, that's mostly just me fantasizing about why my craving for a new chapter is more likely to be satisfied ;P

And killing a temporary primordial and a strong primeval... That has to give a bit of xp! At least enough to earn another GS point in subspecies and class each, maybe even enough to push Salvos into the 180s And I absolutely hope something happened with in skills! What will it be?

2025-04-18 07:18:04 +0000 UTCIf my memory isn't failing me Salvos only tried punting her out of reality in the middle of the fight when she found out taking down Chordus the regular way was infeasible (she kept pulling new skills out of her ass constantly).

Her grand skill was getting aggravating because she kept pulling new skills outta her ass to turn the tables on Salvos. o7 RIP Naro, I hate that you teased about Dragons in the Netherworld just to die but I can respect you dragging your nemesis down with you into hell.
