Most of the shows treat super-famous celebs like that, too. They are not mistreating rookies. The mean attitudes of the hosts such as making fun of their weakness are some kind of concept of Korean shows. I’m not saying it is good to see but you should know that the hosts treat every guests in the same way.

I don't think they are disrespectful necessarily. This was their attempt at "comedy" and they did it with all idols on the show not just BTS. Though Weekly Idol is a much better show with the newer hosts that don't use this kind of humor in my opinion.

The way shows treat rookies disgusts me. not just this show, but many others there are "Beatles Code - BTS & Park Ji Yoon" BTS was accused of copying another group and when Jo SeHo rejected Jungkook's burgers.

The thing is, these hosts are like this with idols. It’s part of the show. I’m not defending them, but this is all an act for the camera and the idols know that going in. They ended up going back on this show a couple of times after this and RM told them in the beginning that they had asked to be on the show, so I think they knew what to expect. Believe me, there have been other host much more disrespectful to them than these guys.

We need to remember that Jimin was the last member to join and had the shortest time to train. Also, he'd never sung professionally before. When they played KCON in 2014, that same year, they knocked it out of the park, as shown by the above quote from Kpop Starz.

BTS delivered one of the best performances of the second night of KCON. Their set list included “Boy In Luv,” “No More Dreams,” “We are Bulletproof Part 2,” “I Like It,” and “Attack on Bangtan.”

First 'Jimin can't dance is the biggest joke I'd ever heard", He looks like a staff member","He is not good at anything" Second " Suga wanted to give a song to Doni and Coni as a present on Weekly Idol and they get rejected?" They made fun of each member's weak point, Jin's dancing, Suga's songwriting (not saying this is his weak point, but his sensitivity because he's so passionate about it), RM's name and the pressure to live up to it, V's ability to express himself better with expressions than verbally, when in fact those are all their charms. Jin dances amazingly for someone who started at the age of 21. The can't dance comments toward him stung me the most. It doesn’t matter if they knew bts or not when they filmed them, they had treat everyone with respect.
