JK inner ear wasn't working, so he couldn't hear himself sing, he was flawless n bang on point with his pitch. JK so damn proud of you BORAHAE 👏💜

He was announced as a performer quite awhile ago and went to Qatar to practice, etc. Thank you for your genuine reaction, Luke. These boys never fail to make us all so proud!

And this year he released the very successful collab with Charlie puth. But this right here, the Qatar world cup was broadcasted to billions of people watching from on national TV of every country. He basically was everywhere. It really is something out if this world. As he was the only performer for the opening ceremony. It’s so big for him and it’s definitely also a boost to BTS’s name and fame as he was introduced as Jungkook from BTS. So proud of him. Also the guy who sang with him is a Qatari famous singer since the world cup is being held in Qatar.

2022-11-21 23:47:11 +0000 UTCI felt so happy and proud for JK even when I do not support this year´s World Cup in Qatar that doesn´t mean I would not support our JK, this was a huge window for him to show his skills on a solo level not like Jungkook from BTS but as Jungkook by himself and of course the guys were so proud of him, Hobie, Namjoon and Tae showing screenshots from the tv in their IG stories when they were watching the performance live...there was some masculine toxicity between some soccer fans but most of them on facebook, the rest on twitter, tik tok, IG were impressed with JK performance and giving him kuddos , thank you for the reaction DT!

It was beautiful seeing people from different cultures come together, and the song just gets better the more you hear it 😄 And yes, the performance has obviously given him a lot of exposure. Locals are loving him 😄 Football fans are happy that they finally have a good world cup song, apparently they haven't been happy with the music for the last 10 years. So a lot of support from them. And even in Korea, people are like wow that's our pride. People still get surprised by their popularity because k-media is what it is. And of course all the other members have been hyping him up on socials, yoongi was like omg he's grown so much 😄
