One of the MCs (in vests) is Ahn Jung-hwan (w/o glasses), former professional soccer player turned MC; Lee Yeon-bok is professional chef of Chinese Cuisine who used to be head chef of Taiwan Embassy in Seoul. When Koreans refer to ham, they mean Spam😄; 골뱅이 goal-pang-ee is sea snails and I’ve only had it in refreshing spicy salad. Salad was refreshing and sea snail has very neutral taste and chewy like rubber band. It kind of looks like small (smaller than thumb (up to first knuckle)) jagged rock but smooth.
