I've always thought that Jimin reminds me more of Prince, than MJ. I mean sure, there's no denying that some dance moves are directly and subtly influenced by MJ. But when I watch Jimin's mannerisms while he moves, his "accents", which are sometimes subtly sensual and other times obviously so; and especially when he flirts with the camera - I'm not reminded of MJ dancing in Remember the Time or Billy Jean. My mind goes to Prince's When Doves Cry or Kiss ... but of course, Jimin is much more reserved than Prince. I agree with you DT, no assless chaps for Jimin, unless it's tastefully done ... π³. Anyway, thnx for the rxn DT!! I love how you still respond strongly to the touching though.π I'll admit that it took me a few views to not feel some kinda way about it.π€¦πΎπ (I was called cringy in a YT comment for voicing this). But I appreciate Jimin being bold enough to perform this choreography. Hopefully these performances will pave the way toward normalizing this type of touch since he is an actual dancer and dance often includes touch. I also hope that all of the interactions between idol groups in the form of dance challenges and such will help the fandoms chill out ... so that it maybe won't be such taboo for idols of different sexes to talk to each other, hang out, date, marry even; just have some semblance of normal social interactions with their peers. I'm on Spring Break this week so I'm binging through Patreon! π΅ NEXT!!
