Both songs are fantastic. My fav of the album and the evening is Blue & Grey. From the moment I heard a small snippet on SOOP to the BE album version that song just hits me so hard. Such powerful and heartfelt emotions. I literally screamed when it started on MTV Unplugged. I know it will be awhile until a live in person concert but I can't wait for another BTS online concert. My standouts for the MTV evening were Tae and Jimin.

I'm not going to lie I cried the first time I heard them singing Fix You because that song always hits me in the feels anyway. The vocal line came through and omg the rap line harmonizing was amazing. Let me just say though....JIN! He really shined in Fix You. He doesn't get enough credit for his vocals and I'll admit I've underestimated him a few times (and I shouldn't have) but man he was in his element. Thank you for this DT! 💜💜💜😭😭😭

For me Jimin and Jungkook were the stand out stars of the evening. Surprising no one in the comments has mentioned them yet lol. I was also pleasantly surprised by all of Rap Line vocals...them harmonizing with vl was amazing

BTS never fail to deliver an impactful performance. Even COLDPLAY commented under the YT video in HANGUL saying it was beautiful...they even posted about the performance on their Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook pages...for COLDPLAY I am sure you know this is huge. They don't allow just anyone to cover their songs or use them. They have turned down movies, tv and many huge artists from using or even covering their music. And the way BTS performed BLUE AND GREY it just elevated the song to a whole new level. V mentioned during UNPLUGGED that GREY was to represent the sadness of not being able to see ARMY and BLUE represented inner sadness and uncertainty, the feeling of burning out as GREY

Thanks for the awesome reaction :) both songs were beautifully performed, "Blue &Grey" a gem on the BE album and the cover of Coldplay "Fix You" I don't think I've ever can recover from that cover....for me personally from all the covers they've made so far this is the best one, I read everywhere in internet that Coldplay are very picky when they give permission to another artist to cover any of their songs so the fact that they not only provide this permission to the guys but also tweet on a positive way about it is something amazing for me!

BTS vocal line is awesome! And Rap line did an amzing job harmonizing with them. It's been delighful to see locals falling in love with Jin's and Tae's vocals, they deserve this recognition! People on youtube are going wild about "green mic guy" and "pink mic guy" lol

From what I've seen Coldplay are very selective and picky about who they give permission to cover their songs so that alone speaks volumes to their talent, Coldplay also tweeted the performance and said calling it beautiful in Korean 💜💜 I think BTS would totally smash a alternative track like this if they ever decided to venture in that genre

'Fix You' was an unplugged masterpiece!Matching up each rap line member with 2 or 3 members of the vocal line to sing the melody an octave lower was pure genius! Having Jin sing upper harmony at one point while Namjoon sang the melody in the lower range was so unexpected! Ending with Tae in his lower range just wrapped everything up in a cozy blanket. The vocal blends with each duet were seamless. Each member's voice was highlighted so perfectly. The boys did Coldplay proud 🥰

I almost cried during fix you because it was so unexpected and beautifully poignant. Jimin said this song has comforted them and that's why they chose it. It's my favorite Coldplay song covered by my favorite group of all time. I almost wasn't able to handle the feels!!! I LOVE these young men so freakin' much! They continue to top themselves at every turn. I've come to accept nothing less than greatness from this septet. It's just their MO, lol. Period, point, blank!!!!
