2020-11-10 05:42:51 +0000 UTCJimin is Soccer King Jjim-dori which is using his name:) jimin-->jim-->jjim. 찜 is often mistaken to mean steamed but it's something similar to chim as in chimchim. Jimin's character name is a reference to a soccer anime (originally japanese), the Korean title was " soccer king shoot-dori". "dori" is kinda like a suffix you added onto nicknames for boys. If he were a girl it'd be Jjim-sooni :) Jin's strange name is a reference to a popular format for game id's in the 90's (?) where people would use random combo of words "xx-flavoured-zz" :)

2020-11-10 01:02:55 +0000 UTCAs a korean, I want to explain all the things in this video but to be short, their outfits, backgrounds, and props perfectly reflect Seoul (especially Eulji, the famous place in Seoul) in the 1988s 🤣🤣 There are many famous Korean movies related in this era, and it was hiralious to see them acting like the films ㅋㅋㅋ Dynamite was a usa-retro and this seasongreeting is a k-retro🤣🤣

I've seen some armys speculate that Jimin scarf could be a homage to an old caracther from a cough syrup advertisement (don't quote me on this thoug) or to some Gucci trend that had male models using scarfs on their heads. Let's wait for the dvd to wacth this, should be fun!
