Break the Silence - Episode 6

I was wondering the same

Manasi Anil

What happened to 5?

Watching the live broadcast of the Wembley show with my friend is where I learned that if you take a shot every time the lyrics of Dionysus tells you to, two people will drink a whole bottle of soju in one song. 😂😂😂

I traveled from Croatia to both concerts in London and Paris.... Easily the best 4 night of my life.... I love this episode, they've shared so much with us!

Ana_989

The song RM was doing is called Trivia Love !

Simply Kimi

My 13 year old daughter and I travelled from Norway to see BTS at Wembley last year. It was an unforgettable experience to see them perform at this iconic stadium. The plan was to see them again in London this year, but due to the pandemic it was canceled.

Hi Natasha, I 💜YOU. Have a "DYNAMITE" Day🥰 ,

This ep is really special because you can really see why BTS is so special and why their hard work cant be fake. Outro : Tear was such a meaningful song for them and I cried so much when I was watching it. The Twitter Timeline went into a meltdown after that. Knowing that they put their hearts together and decided to re-sign with BH shows how well they have been taking care of bangtan. They might not have been perfect but they took care of their mental health and re-sign because of the fans. Their love for us has no bounds and we love them so much too because that is what they deserve. Other asian artist got the chance to shine on the world's stage because BTS really did paved the way for all. They were the ones that have always taken the beating because of their k-pop label so I hope everyone can see and thank BTS for doing their hardest to break into this xenophobic industry. But of course instead , things are always a bit sour because of jealousy so what we can do is just support our boys the best way we can!

when did he say that?

Just a side note, Bang PD has expressed multiples times that he hates people referring to him as BTS' father. It comes off as patronizing BTS and assuming they have no agency when in reality they are their own artists and Bang PD is just an excellent producer and guiding hand. I agree with him.

I was wondering if you would consider reacting to I-Land, it’s an amazing series. It is about a group of 23 trainees passing through tests, they end up with 7 left and create the group ENHYPEN. It’s so cool to see the behind the scenes of how trainees are picked. Also big hits in house producers, directors, and choreographers make up most of the judges, including Bang PD. BTS, TXT, and Seventeen all make appearances throughout the show. I highly highly recommend.

HI DT. As it has been stated before it is a big deal for BTS to perform at Wembley. Their concert tickets sold out both days. I remember when QUEEN (Freddie Mercury) took over Wembley during the AIDS Live Concert I heard Jin honoring Freddie Mercury with AYO; Freddie Mercury's "chant". I like how BTS pays homage to the great ones. You know every time I see BTS perform "TEAR" It makes me sad because I had read how that song came to be. DT, I don't know what I would do without BTS in my life. I enjoy so much getting on my computer and looking at reactors; namely you and others, reacting to BTS, reading about them, watching their videos, corresponding with other ARMY Members etc. At 82 years of age, they have brought much joy in my life.💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

i can say that he was one of the reason i fell into BTS. i've been into this kpop world more than 10 years. seen so many dirty corruption/veto power by the entertainment company over their artists. i just lost hope until i met Bang PD. digging thru it about him and bts. truly i felt that there's someone out there who still care about their artists and music. genuinely wanted to make a change how the industry work. i applause and respect for what he did.

nienie

A lot of western artist couldn’t even sell out Wembley.. but BtS did that in 2 nights..

Jona Manalo

Yes, more hyung line! D.T really appreciates them , but he has yet so much more to discover about them ;)

sugaisagenius

omg Namjoon's wordplay gives me chills everytime I listen to Trivia Love

taesthetic_mots

You should react to more of solo songs by RM, J-Hope, Jin and Suga.

taesthetic_mots

BTS is the12th artist in the world to perform at a sold out stadium in Wembley, so yes it is a huge deal.

taesthetic_mots

i really think you should react to Namjoon’s “Trivia: Love”. it’s such a great song that brings people together during the concerts. and i’m sure you’re gonna be so in awe once you read the lyrics. it’s just so “namjoon”, with all the wordplays and poetic metaphors. it will be worth it, and will definitely make you respect namjoon much more as a person. it’s such a precious, heartwarming song for me. if you ever decide to watch it, there’s one thing to keep in mind: “sarang” in Korean is “love”, while “saram” is “human”, that’s one of the key wordplays in this song.

Performing at wembley stadium is a big deal. So many famous artists performed there and i'd say the biggest one was Queen himself! He owned that stage. Jin was impersonating him (and honouring) doing his famous "AYO" shout to the audience. When queen did that, he had full control and it's so amazing to see that many people praise him. Here's the clip: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VRsfGZ6_CMg

I love the rock version of DNA and FAKE LOVE! Also, the song Namjoon was singing was Trivia: Love. I hope you check out their album Love Yourself Answer. A sold out concert in Wembley is a huge thing because not very many artists get to perform there and get to actually sell all the tickets because it is a high capacity stadium. Bts sold out their tickets for both of their concert dates in Wembley.

i didn't really think much of mr. bang until after i watched I-LAND and saw how much he seemed to genuinely care about each trainee on the show. seeing how he was with the I-LAND contestants really gave insight into how caring he must be with BTS

asia

Jin is actually really good as a music songwriter. He has writing credits not only on his solo songs , but in BTS songs such as "boyz with fun" and "love is not over". Members of the Grammy panel described him as "silver voice" and I couldn't agree more! Of course everyone has their own preferences, but to my taste Jin's voice is the one I like the most 'cause he is able to convey the emotions of the lyrics and melodies the best. And to think he only started singing when he was 20 years old...wow!

I come back to this Break the Silence episode quite a lot. The guys reveal a lot about themselves and their career. Outro:Tear hits so different now. They are so wise beyond their years. DT, I advise that you need to listen to the albums in order/ in full. Even the B sides make up the story of their eras.

I've seen these episodes so many times but it always gets me when they're around the table talking about one day they won't be able to do what they do anymore. what REALLY gets me is how i see JK during that conversation. he keeps saying "but that time is far away" and things like that, as if he doesn't want to think about it. And when he says that one day when they cant do this anymore and that he would have nothing, its kinda true but then again not true at all. he came to seoul so young to join BTS and it's basically become his life now. If he were to one day not be able to do this anymore, it would feel like he has nothing, but he now has life long brothers that will always care for him and love him and that puts me more at ease and probably many other armys too

Makayla Vante

The song RM performed was LOVE. I believe you haven't reacted to both RM and suga's solo track of the ly series, please react to the lyric videos and live performances! Suga's track is SEESAW btw.

To give a Brit perspective on BTS getting to Wembley Stadium. It is the home of our National Football team, Live Aid was there, Freddie Mercury's Tribute Concert. And our boys are 1 of only 12 artists to sell out Wembley stadium. The only Asian act on that list as well. A huge deal.

Beckyboo

Yes, they have rock version of DNA. It's in Love Yorself Answer album, second disc

Inessa Kytsia

Hi~~ DT^^ These days, among the K- army, there are more people who like your reactions and tweets.😊 It is said that it is good because they can feel your sincerity for BTS. Thank you for the sincerity and have a happy day today.💜
