I don't think you understand the rules. The water shooting is nothing to do with winning😅 All that matters is if the handwritings on their hands are erased or not. Jimin won cuz he carefully kept his writings. It was just JK having a blast making others got shot by water lol. He was dying of laughter doing that. Also it's technically not a cheating cuz there's no rules like you're not allowed to provoke the water shooting. The only cheating in this game is trying to avoid the water, cuz it is strictly a penalty for using prohibited word/action. Jin once sneaked out of the water bomb so the members strongly protest about it. V & JK also blocked the water guns with their towel and bottles a few times but no one noticed it lmao.

Jimin was smart for writing with very thick letters! Suga could have won too cause his letters were still intact, but he wrote in the wrong order " BTS RUN" instead of "RUN BTS". But to be honest...by the time they were in that hot pool they weren't caring anymore for the letters and started messing with them (the prize was cool, but c'mon they are millionaires lol). And shirtless V had the whole fandom going crazy the day they aired this episode ahahaha
