Its very cute that the only members Jungkook saw during the 5 week break was Jimin and Hobi, and its also when Jimin flew back from Paris just to be with Jungkook for a couple of hours of his birthday and then went to Hawaii the next day, You can definitely tell that those 3 have a very very close bond

I've been to Incheon Airport - it's nice, clean and spacious! FYI, BTS flew business class on Singapore Airlines, not first class - it's just as nice but not as expensive. The best part is that SUGA suffered zero ill effects from flying and was able to participate fully in all activities immediately upon landing. You'll know from watching other BV series, and the Wings tour when they landed in South America, that SUGA gets serious jet lag, which is physically detrimental. He was quite perky when they landed because he slept so well.

It's actually not uncommon for people to not have drivers licenses in Korea. In the cities, public transportation is so efficient that it's sometimes faster than driving through traffic. Also, for celebrities, they mostly rely on managers and staff to get around. They will have company cars to take them to their schedules, etc. In the rural areas, there's not much need to drive either. I remember most I visited my relatives in the country-side and we would just hitch rides on the back of tractors or motorcycles or just walk everywhere. Unlike the U.S. where most kids get their license right away at 16 or 17, in Korea most people begin getting their license in their 20's. It's seen as more of a luxury than a necessity.

Please pause before you make comments. Sometimes you talk over the most important things that the boys said. That was their Apartment and Suga' s room. They were all just came back from their one month individual vacation. They were talking of their vacation during their bus ride to the airport. RM still doesn't have a driver license and Jimin got his over their vacation.

That was their very first hiatus (cuz bighit didnt say how long their hiatus was for) and they had a break for one month plus? It was after all of their tours that got completed and they were quite exhausted so bighit gave them an extended break to let them do whatever they want. They filmed BV near the end of their hiatus.

They were apart for a month because it was their first ever extended vacation, and at the moment their only one, which I think is ridiculous. Like these boys haven't had a vacation longer than a couple of days in almost a decade??? I could never work as hard as they do.

soft boiled eggs are common (like snack, older generation used to eat boiled eggs for train trip, school field trip and now younger generation eat those for lunch with other convenient store food such as ramen, kimbob and etc.) in South Korea though = ) . I only discovered BTS in March and was very excited to see that they've visited here. Auckland is the largest city and Wellington is the capital city in NZ and is located in the North Island. Christchurch is the adventure capital of NZ.

Actually the members have said that the most they spent apart from each was a few days however they are together every day but before Bon Voyage was filmed the members for the first time ever they were given a break from work and they spent time individually for a month. That’s why you see them talk about where they travelled or what they did but you can also tell that they missed each other and it was pretty different for them to be apart from each other for so long. They filmed vlogs of their 1 month vocation, you can check them out on YouTube if you want.

Yes so excited to watch this after work! My favorite season of BV. I did not expect for DT to react to episode 0 so I’m kinda not disappointed this time. The other reactors I watched don’t react to episode 0 as well coz it’s either they don’t know or they couldn’t find it. One would think since this is already Season 4, that one would know there is always ep 0 before episode 1 😅😅😅.

I'm from Singapore and I was so happy when they praised Singapore Airlines haha. Singapore is pretty leading when it comes to technology and service, we have one of the best airlines and airport. We have 4 different airports connected together and we built a forest including a huge waterfall in one of them. There are even trains going around in the airport. It's pretty fascinating

This is my favourite Bon Voyage season! New Zealand 🇳🇿 has similarities to the west coast of Canada 🇨🇦 where I'm from, so I'm stoked to see all of the natural beauty as the guys embark on their adventures. I've only seen clips of this season from fan videos, but what I've seen so far is a RIOT! The guys are their usual crackhead selves, but super chill because they just came off their first ever summer break. I love that the guys got to plan what they wanted to do on the trip beforehand. They seem to get more & more freedom each BV season. This is great to see because they will enjoy the trip so much more if they are doing things that they want to do and can maybe feel more like actual tourists, not superstars filming a TV show. Having the SUV & campervan allowed them more freedom also (no staff needed to drive them around). The funniest moment so far was Suga's look of despair when they all got carried away with the Bon Voyage song 🎵 during their planning meeting. Poor Suga! He was stuck in the corner & couldn't get away from the noise...hilarious 😄😁😆😅🤣😂😁

As a part of the Singapore Army, we were all super excited to actually hear and watch the news as the boys left the Incheon Airport. It was in real time when we watched on the Internet covered by Korean media as the boys check in at the Singapore Airlines counter and left Korea. Imagine how we were feeling when we only considered the boys were stepping on the same land and breathing the same air as us 6 hours later. We kinda knew they were flying to New Zealand to do BV4 although at the time it was merely speculation. But we had that short thrill just for a moment knowing they were right there at our airport. (Singapore is a tiny country thus getting to the airport for anyone is just about 20-30mins away by car).. Imagine, if you have a flight out just at that moment, and met J-Hope and Suga at the transit area? I would be stunned and probably speechless cos I've walked around at that exact location where they were at before. It would have been a dream come true. Nonetheless, we were so happy they were treated well and got their much needed rest on flight. Proud of our airline definitely!

For many Koreans, boiled eggs are associated with train or road trips (like going on a trip), especially to the older generations. Boiled eggs were commonly sold on trains (not anymore I think) and terminals etc. as a go-to snack for trips and travelling. I think the culture might have been most prevalent in the 80's maybe? But yeah, it's a little piece of korean culture. :)

Yay, finally you get to react to BV4. I've said this a few times.. I'm so proud to be a Singaporean as we gave the boys the best treatment during their flight, as Suga and J-Hope can attest to that. Our airport and airline is one of the best in the world and I hope the boys take it to travel overseas again in future. What J-Hope had which is called 'Satay' is one of our local food and it's a kind of street food that we love to indulge in. Basically it's either beef, mutton or chicken on a stick and eaten together with spicy peanut sauce. There are other condiments like onions, cucumber and rice dumplings to eat with too.. It's a must have food to eat when you are in Singapore. The other local food which J-Hope had is called Prata although the subs said Naan. Both are Indian food but the one he had I think more accurately is Prata. That is fried flat dough eaten together with spicy fish or mutton curry. You've got to eat with your hands to really enjoy eating it. Singapore is a transit hub for many airlines, hence drop by for a day or two to explore if travellers from Europe or the States transit here and have some time to kill before their connecting flight to the rest of their destinations. Worth your time, definitely!

RM said in this episode that he didn't do well with the driving 🚗 simulation practice. He doesn't seem to feel confident about getting his license. The members have said in other mv's that for the sake of mankind, RM should not get his license. Poor RM...

I read somewhere that RM said he won’t get a driver’s license because “a big accident might happen” 😅 he said he has never taken the test. maybe not now but in the future? for now he just loves riding bicycles. Jimin is the latest member to have his own driver’s license but his dad taught him to drive a long time ago. He said he missed his 1st driving test bc he slept (you can correct me on this one cos im not too sure where i got this😀) But finally he was able to take another test during their break last year and he passed.🎉❤️

RJ is literally jin's child. You will see him everywhere in the background during documentaries, movies, bon voyages and random bangtan bombs. Out of all the boys jin shows the most love towards his character. His pajamas are also rj related. He had bt21 pajamas during malta as well. He also gave his staff little rj clips for their bags. So keep a look out. He's never hard to find! 😂💜

yeah, it is sad, but they cant take pictures with the fans when they are filming something cus, if the person posts the picture, or it will reveal where they are and attract a crowd, or all the other fans around will want a picture too, which will make filming much harder. BV4 was filmed after BTS returned from their 1month break. That break was the first time since they debuted so it was kind of a big deal. The boys spent time with their family and some friends outside BTS. Some of them visited other countries. Altho they were mostly apart, some of them did see each other during this time - Jin and Yoongi went fishing together & Jimin flew from overseas back to Korea to celebrate JK’s birthday and Hobi was there with them as well. A few hours after JK’s birthday, Jimin left to visit another country again. It was also during their break last year when Hobi filmed “Chicken Noodle Soup” mv in USA.

In terms of drivers license, It's very easy to get around in Korea without a car. The public transportation between cities is excellent and affordable. So driving here isn't necessary like in the states. People in Korea can go their whole lives without ever needing to drive. :)

they went on this trip after Bighit gave them a whole month of free time (no schedule). it was big news even in the west, because many were speculating they were "breaking up" because the news was very sudden. I think Singapore Airlines sponsored their trip too. Only the airlines would have the shot of their planes in flight. So they must have shared the shots shown in this episode to the show's producer. If you noticed, they never mentioned what airlines Jin took - I think they had to find him a flight from other airlines that would get him to Christchurch/Queenstown around the same time as the others. Oh and Jin was referring to Moon. We witnessed the conception of the song last year, without knowing it.

Since they debuted they hadn't had a real vacation. This was filmed right after they all came back from a well deserved about month's long vacation. They hadn't had that much time away from each other before so it was a new experience for them.

the break they're referring to was actually bts' first official break EVER, so the members have pretty much been together for the past 7-10 years otherwise. they took a month break in september 2019, during which time they travelled and spent time living as (somewhat) regular 20 year-olds.

DT to explain in the begining part you have to watch episode 0 it was released on youtube. They let them know where they were going and the clip where they were eating in the begining everyone was to do research and tell the staff what they wanted to do there. Then when they gathered at the dorm it was actually about 3 weeks to a month later that everyone saw each other. In 2019 there was anncoument that bighit let everyone know that BTS will be going on a vacation indvidually in August for the first time since they debuted in 2013. This was released "This will also provide them with a chance to enjoy the ordinary lives of young people in their 20s, albeit briefly." The letter suggests that each member of the band will spend their time off in different ways, and it makes one request of fans: just let them be. "Should you have a chance encounter with a member of BTS while they are on vacation, we ask that you show consideration for their need to rest and enjoy their private time off."
