Democracy Times 19 : That's a lotta democracy

We have 2 choices this time, they're both similar in size and they both are needed to finish the current scene so they're both getting made, so it's more of a thing of which is getting made first once we're done with one, we'll start with the other right away to save time, and when they're both done, we'll have our first completely decensored scene! that's pretty cool!
