"Dammit Linda, look, the neighbors are at it again! Turned themselves into bears and having a nice nightly fuck out on their walkway! Growling and grunting up a storm like they think nobody else can hear them...I know they're doing it on their own property, so maybe it's none of my business...I know it's not like it's the middle of the day...but c'mon! This is the third time we end up with neighbors who are weird promiscuous animal people! Part of the reason we moved here was to get away from the constant mooing and plapping from next door. This is a gated community, it's supposed to keep out the riffraff, but then they let these hairy sex-crazed beasts move in like it's no big deal! Of COURSE I'm taking this to the HOA!"
