Life as a woodland creature (Animated)

She panted as she ran in a mindless panic. Trees whizzed past her...the ground churned beneath her feet...a spark of her intellect burst through her fear to acknowledge that she wasn't wearing shoes, but still she felt something hard digging into the soft earth, kicking it up with each step. She glanced downward, immediately lost track of her surroundings, and tripped over a protruding root.

Her hands didn't hurt either, when they hit the ground in front of her...she opened her eyes, trembling at the sight of her fur-covered arms, and the remains of her fingers, now capped with thick hooflike growths.

A deer...she was becoming a deer...her mind raced as she imagined her future. Grazing like a common beast...a skittish alertness, constant fear of predators...slurping muddy water from ponds...rutting...rutting with the males who had marked this territory as their own, her nose told her. She squirmed at the alien sensation of her tail flicking behind her.
