As legal counsel representing Ms. Jennifer Walters, also known as She-Hulk, I hereby submit this report detailing a peculiar incident involving our client and the individual commonly referred to as Gwenpool.
On the May 15th, at approximately 01:30H (GMT-3), Ms. Walters, in her capacity as She-Hulk, was unexpectedly accosted by Ms. Gwenpool within the confines of her office. Eyewitness accounts and corroborating evidence indicate that Ms. Gwenpool, armed with naught but mischief and mirth, did engage in the unconventional act of tickling our client.
This act of frivolity, while seemingly harmless on the surface, has raised a number of legal questions and concerns. Chief among these is the issue of consent, as Ms. Walters maintains that she did not provide express authorization for such physical interaction. Additionally, the potential implications of utilizing superhuman abilities, such as tickling, in a public setting warrant further examination.
In light of these circumstances, we respectfully request that Ms. Gwenpool cease and desist from any further attempts to tickle or otherwise engage with our client without her explicit consent. Furthermore, we reserve the right to pursue legal recourse should such actions persist or result in any harm or discomfort to Ms. Walters.
