Regency AU meetcute
Added 2023-05-27 07:56:32 +0000 UTCA very silly little comic that summarizes just how Lucian ended up as the duchess, wife of the infamous "Demon" Duke Thorne. He was basically picked up off the streets thinking he'd be at most a noble's passing fancy, maybe even a part of the staff if he was lucky and showed his worth, but instead found himself in the trenches with etiquette classes and dress fittings. He's currently living a very lavish and comfortable life as Lady Luci Thorne, but he's still a bit confused how he ended up in such a situation. Well, at least he's got plenty of additional suitors to ease his mind.
Anyways, this AU is not accurate at all to like actual Regency stuff. I am actively not learning about British "culture" /j In all seriousness, it's a silly little AU more in line with villainess manhwa interpretation of European court intrigue than an actual historically accurate version (not that many romance novels in the genre are completely accurate either haha).
