Bathhouse Monsters

I've been trying to mess around with some monster men designs in my free time. I've gotten a bit attached to these two now. Their names are Silk and Ignat and they both work at a bathhouse and hotel for lack of better words in some unspecified universe in which monsters are commonplace! That being the case, there's a great deal of things to consider for the comfort of the guests from having rooms that accommodate winged folk and giants to being mindful of eating habits of a variety of creatures.

While Silk certainly isn't the owner (of whom only he and a few others have even seen), he's essentially the figurehead, being the one that everyone listens to and goes to for direction. He's an incredibly capable man who seems to know how to do a bit of everything. No one really knows what he did before working at the bathhouse, but damn is he good at what he does. He's at once candid and secretive. He's quite upfront about himself and how he feels, but seldom speaks of anything personal pertaining to his background, though he'll tell you it's a rather mundane affair. 

Ignat has been around quite awhile working in the hotel specifically as a head chef. He's your run-of-the-mill hard boss who'll hurl insults as easily as breathing. He's a rough exterior both literally and figuratively. You'd think he's a softie, but honestly if he is, it's REALLY deep in there. He respects hard, competent workers and seldom has the patience for people who don't know what they're doing. If you want to talk to him, you better know what you want. That being said, in his downtime, he's just a rowdy guy who's a lot nosier than you'd expect. 

These two actually started off a bit on the wrong foot. Back in the day, Silk was a bit crueler and Ignat a bit more hot-tempered. Now it's fairly clear Ignat has a bit of a thing for the stand-in head of the bathhouse and everyone knows Silk plays him like a fiddle. 

Anyways, Ignat has an ovipositor so that's fun :) !
