UPDATE50: Adds the CPT 2020 costumes for Gill & Lucia, and also update the C1 swaps (for some chars I had made them) because of the updated CustomizeSetting file that has the new EX9 & EX11 colors

PS: Now that I think again, tbh I actually don't need to update those "C1 -> C2/C3/etc" swaps with the new color files because those swaps can't use the EX colors anyway, but when I have this thought, the updating progress is already half way done so I suppose I just finish it till the end.
