Delay reason for "Mini Swap Mod Pack" update
Added 2018-02-23 16:36:23 +0000 UTCI actually have finished updating the mini swap mod pack to include Blanka and also several crossover costumes, but unfortunately I can't upload the updated pack yet for the time being because I have some speed issue with my internet connection (I even can't upload the file that is less than 450 KB, and also I had to endure waiting for about 5-6 hours just to download the SFVAE v3.010 update which the size is only 761 MB (that usually I can download in less than 30 minutes)). So there is nothing I can do except waiting for my internet to be fixed.
