Hey guys! Before I say anything else Happy valentines day! If you don't like how big business capitalizes on big holidays at yall's expense, why not also capitalize on the holidays and business by celebrating those big holidays the day after and stocking up on the DISCOUNTED chocolate and gifts (save money and treat yo self!). Anyway, as many of you all know, I like to make content and schedule my posts ahead of time so that you all get consistent timely content. The last few weeks I've focused on working out without the stress of a camera, mainly because I wanted to get into the habit of working out consistently. Which I can proudly say I have been doing! I have gotten a lot of help and advice from you all in my dm's & I'm excited to announce that workout posts will be back starting Monday, February 21st. My biggest and only issue with posting and editing workout content was how time-consuming it was. I always struggled to post it daily on time. Making content a week in advance is what I have recently started doing this month, and it has worked fairly well, so I'm going to do that with my workout routine as well. I like to include my daily lifestyle in these videos as well, this includes food I made and the overall day. This before and after is an older before and after. I'm excited to add another section though. I can't wait to start sharing my fitness journey again!
