So I’m fresh out of my workout and GUESS WHAT all the footage I recorded got deleted thanks to some editing issue (apparently u can’t delete the old unedited footage in the camera roll before exporting video from the splice app) however the Halo x box came in the mail today! Side Lunges (Dumbell) 3 Sets 10 Each Leg
Elevated Split Squat (Dumbbells) 3 Sets 10 Each Leg
Single Sky Bridge 3 Sets 10 Each Leg
