And I kept holding out that there might be more to Akito that would help me to maybe have a little empathy or understanding, but that's gone now. Screw that bitch!

2025-08-03 19:19:56 +0000 UTCConsidering the bond the Zodiac is supposed to have with Akito, given that he is the god, Momiji's stand-up to Akito is commendable and shows that his bond with Tohru is so much more real than the bond with Akito. You take away the Zodiac aspect of it all, and there would be nothing between them. I think, besides Kyo, Momiji would have to be next on my list for all-time faves in this show. These episodes are where my already hatred of Akito really started to grow. Up until this point, I could almost sympathize a little bit with how he is, because if you're born with the spirit of God, I think personally growing up being entitled and with a sense of superiority is almost a given because of that title thinking you can just do and act however you please
