Cyndaquil did take it like a champ, I mean imagine just how much it had to hurt to have a cow that's like three times your size continuously slam into you at full force lol. Whitney's Miltank actually does know some other moves (at least in the game), one of its other moves can actually fully heal damage to it, so it's a good thing Pikachu took it down in one hit or things could have been bad.
