Lust definitely gets the most attention in terms of animation, the animators go nuts on pretty much all her scenes, usually to do with her body healing/morphing. Also, Julius calling Subaru "Little girl user" was so he wouldn't say his name in front of Gluttony (they were warned not to) but also a chance to get a friendly jab at Subaru since Beatrice is his spirit.
