I love that Mary ordered Mareep to use Speed Star, which is the Japanese name for the move Swift. I guess rather than using the English name for the move, they just directly translated it and hoped nobody would notice. Interesting translation error.

2025-04-27 18:30:12 +0000 UTCI kind of like Mareep, they're not my favourite Pokemon, but it's a fun little idea, a sheep that's an electric type because of the static in its wool. Sometimes all a Pokemon needs is a cute simple idea, and help flesh out the world. James is... you feel bad for him, but it's just funny at the same time lol... "they were so envious, they beat me nearly every day".
