Having big hair isn't a rip off though? Like, there's a number of characters with similar hair, including ones Toriyama designed in the 90s and early 2000s, they don't even wear similar outfits so I don't get the comparison, Arinsu is a clear nod to Towa, a character Toriyama made for Dragon Ball Online a long time ago now.

2025-03-05 21:52:28 +0000 UTCI've said it before but I really like the fights in Daima, the pacing and choreography is superb with Goku vs Tamagami No.3 and the kamehameha at the end is one of the series best. So... we just had a pretty big bombshell this episode, it was the witch Marba who created Majin Buu, not Bibidi, and now she's working for Arinsu to make a new Majin, this could be a problem for our crew. By the way, the reason Marba considers Buu a failure is because he was more or less completely uncontrollable like a mad child and went on a killing spree in the Demon Realm, it was also Kid Buu she created at the time, so I'm not even sure if she knows he's Fat Buu now. Genuinely I like Dr Arinsu as a character, she's a really interesting antagonist to add to Dragon Ball, we haven't really had a schemer quite like her in the main series (there is a character vaguely similar to her in the games Toriyama designed), a lot of the times they tend to be more direct rather then setting things up behind the scenes.
