I honestly wonder, if the visions are always accurate anyway, why would you do everything in your power to make them come true, no matter what? If the only options are "vision comes true but I've done terrible things on the path to making it happen" and "vision comes true but I've retained my morals", what kind of psychopath would choose option 1? I know it's not that simple, but how would you know you're not making it worse with option 1, if you have no additional details because you need to "interpret" what you've seen anyway? Just my opinion though.
