It's really messed up that the nail clipper is used as humour but later on turns into a torture device. I understand why you find it unsettling. It feels like a more intimate way of inflicting pain and that horrible squishy sound just makes it worse. I hate the sound of it and that's why it works so well.

It's just another group of idiots worshipping him as some Christ-like archetype for whatever they're agenda happens to be. Also the Amazing Steiner is in a word amazing.
