You'd assume you were dreaming or it was some kind of hallucination. We wouldn't assume we were actually going back before our "death" until maybe two or three times we died. Also it might be obvious but the crazy lady here does have a Fetish for disemboweling people so... there's a red flag if I ever saw one.
