2021-07-03 14:05:50 +0000 UTCAs a person from a non English speaking country I can appreciate the language barriers in this episode. From my own experience traveling to Germany they are hesitant (to put it mildly) to speak English, so of course a British couple is gonna struggle here. Dieter is also a kid so would make sense that he only knows German, however I am impressed with Tenma who knows Japanese, German and English and is a genius surgeon... Man's a beast.
