Other than a coincidence of the last part of their names. Fate Zero is part of a creative Universe called Fate. Whereas Re:Zero is its own thing entirely.

Sabre's the only girl if I'm remembering correctly, save another character's alternate form which I can't mention due to spoilers.

The Fate franchise is basically the marvel universe of anime, with tons of epic story arcs, alternate timelines and many MANY amazing characters. Someone get Curtis to watch Gigguk's "Trying to understand the Fate series" video on it, it's hilarious.
