It's a super old Japanese clay statue that was supposed to represent the owner and "filter out" all the owners misfortunes into it. they say if you break one the misfortunes are released all at once. It's the gift that Tomoya asked for when he was pretending to be Sunohara on the phone because no one would ever want something so random and creepy and now he's stuck with it XD
