I actually do not fully blame Naofumi for giving Melty the cold shoulder, considering how much hell Her father and sister have put him through. His experience with royalty has not been pleasant at all, so it makes sense for him to not trust her.

I mean Ren apologized once he realized he fucked up, Itsuki will take some time to come around. And let's not forget they're the one's that stood up for Naofumi when he fought that rigged duel against Motoyasu and Myne. Also they definitely have less of an attitude problem, they still have a bit of one but it's minimal in comparison.
