2021-02-09 14:40:35 +0000 UTCOne of the most powerful, subtle things that this show does is display just how quickly someone like Ippo (An 18-ish year old "man" who has just come out of being a "boy") can go from striking the image of a fierce, determined, imposing figure like he was in the ring, sparring with the Chief, to that of a scared, unsure, tiny boy as he stands, crying next to his mother's hospital bed.
