Now Ussop’s lie about possessing haki came true in a way when he unlocked his observation haki. All his lying & bravado aside, Usopp is definitely one of the upper tier snipers in the One Piece world. His batting average is insane and his sniping feats were pretty much all done via a slingshot. Give him a gun and or sea prism ammo and he’s a serious threat.
