It's super underrated honestly, it has a segment about the internet that's still poignant today, it's only 26 episodes but probably one of the funniest anime of the 2000s, the manga's 17 volumes as well, so there's a ton of content that never got covered.

In Junior High he volunteered to help out with this TV program that was gonna try to break the world record for the most dominos knocked over. Basically the job was to set up the dominos, day after day. Eventually he became frustrated with the whole process. Leading to him to sneak into the gym where the dominos were set up. And super glue the second or third domino so they wouldn't knock over any of the other dominos. Dude's pure evil.
