Doflamingo didnt call Violet a tramp or a bitch, he just said "That woman" for the latter and nothing like "tramp" for the first. He wasn't really insulting her even? He just said she was a schemer and clever basically, but he is too so not sure if he means that as an insult really. "She's too calculative to do something without good reason" he said. I'm pretty sure no one is ever actually saying tramp in Japanese so that's probably just the translation. Tramp? How is that even relevant? I mean its a bad thing to call someone but like "She won the fight", "what a tramp!". Okay...? So yeah, nobody is actually calling anyone a "tramp" or anything of the sort.
