She is a genius among geniuses so she can get away with anything. She is bored by everything, so she tries to do shit that makes her day less boring. The fact that she doesnt even get reprimanded makes it hard to believe that anyone cares about her. So she keeps testing Onizuka until he either fails or proves to her that he cares.
