They’re just following her orders If Big Mom came to Dressrosa, everyone would die with one blow. Maybe only Doflamingo would be spared since he works under Kaido. And Kaido would do the same damage as Big Mom would. Basically they are both almost equivalent to Whitebeard’s strength. It’s a blessing in disguise that it’s just her underlings & her main ship.

Also lad the ship talking will be least weird thing you will see once we get to her arc.
