Luckily, there is a new bluray release of the first series coming out in 2021. Hopefully, if sales are good enough, they'll release the rest of the series as well.

A YouTube channel called The Modern Martial Artist done a breakdown of that fight, definitely a recommended watch for those who like fighting vids.
