There is even a smal spin-off manga (with onle 5 chapters or so), showing their time together in detail. It's called "Nanatsu no Taizai: Seven Days - Touzoku to Seishoujo" I highly recommand, you give it a try! It's a fast read; doesn't even take an hour to read through. And it is increadibily touching (not in the way, we usually mean that here). ;)
