There's no other ship at all we know of that can fly or use a railgun type of cannon. Uranus has some theories as well, but I don't think we can talk about those yet. I don't remember what is/isn't spoiler

Poseidon, Pluton, & Uranus Poseidon: Shirahoshi and her ability to control the Sea Kings Pluton: Itβs some type of battle ship, back in Water 7 Frankyβs mentor Tom had the blueprints and passed them down to Iceberg who passed it to Franky. Then Franky burned the blueprints to spite Spandam and CP9. The first time Pluton was mentioned is back in Alabasta with Crocodile looking for it with Robinβs assistance, as it was believed the actual original ship is hiding somewhere within Alabasta. We donβt know what Pluton exactly looks like, but we just know itβs a battle ship of some type. Uranus: Unknown, we donβt anything about this weapon yet. But theory is this weapon is possibly the most dangerous and thus why it hasnβt been introduced in the story yet.
