2020-10-16 22:56:32 +0000 UTCRikka is a Chuunibyou much like some other characters we've had on the GOOSH. Namely Okarin from Stein's Gate and Megumin from Konosuba. Chuunibyou stereotypically is portrayed as striking poses and being overly dramatic. For example when Megumin casts explosion magic all she has to do is shout "Explosion!" However she instead overdramatizes it and shouts long, complex incantations. Whereas Okarin is constantly referring to an organization, much like Rikka's bureau. Also for some reason Anime loves using German to name attacks when they're not using Japanese. Hence some of the weirder names of attacks that Rikka comes up with.
